Shipping is charged on all orders. Express is $14.95 for orders under 3kg, or $24.95 for orders between 3kg and 5kg. Orders over 5kg ship Standard.

Yes. Pickup is available from our Knoxfield store — ready in under 60 minutes during open hours.

Orders placed by 2:00pm (Melbourne time) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). At checkout you can choose Standard (Australia Post Parcel Post) or Express (Australia Post Express Post). Estimated delivery times from our Melbourne dispatch are: VIC Standard 2–4 business days, Express 1–2+; NSW Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; ACT Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; QLD Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; SA Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; WA Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; TAS Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+; NT Standard 3–6, Express 1–3+.
